  • Is there a free trial?▾
    Yes — every tier includes a 14-day trial. No card required to start. We'll email a reminder 3 days before the trial ends.
  • Can I change plans later?▾
    Anytime. Upgrades are prorated to the day; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you never lose paid time.
  • What happens if I cancel?▾
    Your workspace stays read-only for 90 days so you can export every client's data as JSON. After 90 days the data is hard-deleted from our systems.
  • Do I have to use your LLM credits?▾
    No. Every tier supports bring-your-own Anthropic key. Manager and Agency include bundled credits as a convenience — if you prefer to bring your own key the included credits roll over month to month.
  • Where is my data stored?▾
    On the Solo tier, entirely in your browser's local storage plus any KV store you provision yourself. On Manager and Agency we run a private per-tenant Postgres in US-East-1 with point-in-time recovery and hourly encrypted backups. See the Privacy Policy for details.
  • Do you offer annual discounts?▾
    Yes — annual billing saves ~20%. Use the Monthly/Annual toggle above any tier.
  • Do you issue refunds?▾
    Within 14 days of your first charge, no questions asked. Partial-month refunds on downgrades after that are at our discretion.
  • Is there a non-profit or student discount?▾
    50% off Solo for registered non-profits and full-time students. Email us with proof of status.
