Last updated: April 23, 2026.

By signing in to Aether you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Access

Aether is invite-only. Access is granted by your account manager and may be revoked at any time. You may not share your access password.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the service.
  • Upload content that infringes copyright, contains malware, or violates anyone's rights.
  • Use third-party API integrations (Instagram, YouTube, LLM providers) in ways that violate those providers' terms.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to client data, canvas content, and any other material you create or upload. We do not claim any license to your content. Your content is stored in your browser and (optionally) in infrastructure you provision.

4. AI features

When you use the AI strategist, your prompts and the relevant canvas context are sent to the LLM provider you have configured (Anthropic, OpenRouter, or your local Ollama). You are responsible for compliance with that provider's usage policies. Aether does not train any model on your data.

5. Service availability

Aether is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data from local storage before clearing it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on next sign-in.
